Landscapers - 5 fulltime, temporary, peakload (H-2B) jobs available 4/01/24-11/30/24.

　　Employer: Michele Andreoli Landscaping Inc., 19 East Park Ave., West Harrison, NY 10604.

　　Duties: Basic landscaping, cut grass, trim hedges, spread mulch, plant flowers, rake leaves, and prune trees and bushes; seasonal Spring and Fall clean-ups, including debris removal; and after storm clean-ups. Landscapers may be required to drive crew vehicle to job sites if the worker already possesses a non-commercial driver's license.

　　Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to perform manual, physical labor for up to 8 hours per day outside in all weather conditions (including rain, snow, cold, and hot weather).

　　Employer to provide transportation to and from worksites in Westchester County from designated location: 49 Lake St., White Plains, NY 10604.

　　No education or experience required. Employer will provide on-the-job training.

　　Work hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm, 40 hours/week at $20.81/hour. NO OT

　　A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid bi-weekly on Thursday. Pay will be up-to-date and include the 14th day. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.

　　Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

　　Employer to provide and maintain company-specific uniforms at no cost to the employees.

　　Employer does not offer housing, but will assist workers in securing lodging, board, or other facilities.

　　H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

　　Employer provided benefits: The employer offers a small, interest-free loan of $200 to the workers upon arrival to get settled. The employer will make all payroll deductions required by federal, state, and local law. The employer may make additional deductions with written consent of employee. For example, if the employee takes advantage of the interest-free loan upon arrival offered by the employer, the employer may deduct $50 weekly from the clients paycheck until that amount is repaid.

　　Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.46/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
