  About The Role:

  As a CBRE Landscape Project Manager, you'll lead all aspects of landscape vendors on commercial real estate portfolio of 10.1M SF, with monthly landscape maintenance contract values totaling $100k and annual landscape project management fee revenue of $150k.

  What You'll Do:

  Interact regularly with Real Estate Managers to ensure Owner objectives are being met.

  Serve as liaison between landscape vendor and Real Estate Manager to allow Property Management team to focus on achieving primary property performance objectives.

  Create and manage relationships with landscape vendors in the overall management of the landscape to quickly resolve any problems that may arise.

  Perform regular monthly inspection of properties with landscape vendor ensuring compliance with landscape maintenance specifications. Develop and distribute monthly quality control reports and follow up. Direct alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning of landscape as needed.

  Review current contract price and contractor performance. Develop landscape specifications including frequency of service, established rate, etc. Competitively bid out contract services and tree pruning contracts to ensure competitive contract pricing. Establish unit pricing and hourly rates for labor and materials, Prepare summary analysis of bids with recommendations.

  Prepare annual landscape budget.

  Craft and develop quarterly color rotation and pre-negotiate bulk pricing for annual bark mulch installations.

  Review and approve all landscape invoices to ensure accuracy for negotiated cost and rates. Ensure expenses are controlled in line with Owner objectives.

  Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.

  Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.

  Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems

  Leadership skills to empower team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the department.

  In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

  Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

  CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Landscape Project Manager position is $85,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Landscape Project Manager position is $92,500 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
