　　Who will you be working with?

　　Wabtec Enterprise Architecture is focused to support and help achieve two primary goals of Wabtec EA – one, further improve our alignment around IT strategy and two, to optimize our technology portfolio to deliver more value to the Wabtec business.

　　The Wabtec Enterprise Architecture team works with its counterparts in business, applications, data and information, technology infrastructure and security to optimize technology portfolio to deliver maximum value to the Wabtec business. It collaborates regularly with its counterparts both in IT and Business to improve IT strategy alignment to Wabtec’s business goals and objectives. Wabtec EA (WEA) consists of five important and interrelated ‘Wabtec EA Domains’ (BAITS) - Business, Application, Information (Data), Technology and Security.

　　How will you make a difference?

　　As a member of the Wabtec Enterprise Architecture team, you will be responsible for EA Assets to shape the future of Wabtec's technology landscape. As WEA Associate Architect, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Enterprise Architecture assets, identifying use-cases and scenarios to optimize costs and drive innovation, and providing

　　strategic and tactical input to senior members of the EA team. Your work will help to ensure that Wabtec's architecture and technology portfolio (across all BAITS Domains - Business, Application, Information (Data), Technology and Security) is aligned with its business goals and objectives, and that the company is able to capitalize on emerging technologies.

　　What do we want to know about you?

　　· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA is preferred.

　　· Minimum five years of experience as a systems/business analyst liaising between business and technology teams.

　　· Experience developing technology standards documents.

　　· Ability to provide strategic and tactical input to senior members of the EA team.

　　· Ability to work in a collaborative setting with multiple stakeholder viewpoints.

　　· Experience running innovation labs and hackathon sessions.

　　· Ability to develop business cases at multiple levels of detail.

　　· Familiarity with Agile Methodology.

　　· Proficiency in Microsoft Visio or similar tools.

　　· Proficiency in productivity tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

　　· Familiarity with design thinking concepts and tools.

　　· Exposure to cloud computing and emerging technologies.

　　· Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF.

　　· Familiarity with IT governance and risk management.

　　· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

　　What will your typical day look like?

　　· Work on developing and maintaining Enterprise Architecture assets, such as technology roadmaps, reference architectures, standards and guidelines.

　　· Participate in meetings with the Enterprise Architecture team and other stakeholders to discuss progress on projects and identify any potential roadblocks.

　　· Stay up to date on the latest trends in Enterprise Architecture by reading industry publications, attending conferences, and participating in online forums.

　　· Provide training and support to Wabtec employees on Enterprise Architecture principles and practices.

　　· Conduct research and analysis on emerging technologies to assess their potential impact on Wabtec's business.

　　· Potentially represent Wabtec at industry events and conferences.

　　· Contribute to the development of Wabtec's IT strategy.

　　· Conceive, design, and develop innovation labs, and conduct hackathon sessions.
