Performs assigned tasks inSpecimen Processing and other departments as needed. Performs otherduties as assigned. Responsible for own professional development.Observes principles of data security and patient confidentiality.Maintains ethical standards in the performance of testing and ininteractions with patients, co-workers, and other health careprofessionals. The employee will participate in continuing education andstaff meetings as needed. Demonstrates adaptability by embracing changesin the laboratory with a positive attitude.
