Job Summary

　　Bohannan Huston is currently seeking a full-time experienced Land Development Civil Engineer to join our Community Development and Planning Group in our Albuquerque, NM office.

　　As a Civil Engineer in the Community Development and Planning group, you would be involved in numerous tasks that would include participating on a project team to develop construction plan and specification document sets for commercial and residential land development projects. Design elements include drainage master plans, grading and drainage, and utility plan preparation, site plan and paving plans, public improvement plan preparation and Master Plan layout and plan preparation for trunk infrastructure. Other duties include verifying construction progress conformance by field observation, working with architects and developers for preliminary site assessments and design, and entitlements.

　　Who You Are

　　You have graduated with a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, and had at least a 3.0 GPA, and shown a commitment to academic focus, leadership and delivering high quality solutions and products.You are currently licensed as a PE (or will be eligible for licensure within 1 year).You have 5 or more years' land development experience.You have demonstrated understanding of land development design criteria and procedures.You have experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D (highly preferred).You have excellent written and verbal communication, are a great listener, and are prompt, polished, and specific in your responses.You are determined, organized, and detail oriented.You are customer focused.You have an entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to learn and grow.You welcome feedback and find ways to do your work better.You are eager to make your work more efficient by learning and mastering various engineering technologies.You must be able to obtain a Security Clearance, and as such, US Citizenship is required.Technologies We Use and Teach
