HK Solutions Group is seeking Laborers/Operators/Drivers to work out of our Des Moines, IA location. This position will report to our P.I.P.E. Services division.

　　Average new hire with CDL (Commercial Driver License) will earn $60,000+ their first year!

　　Average new hire without CDL will earn $50,000+ their first year!

　　No experience required. CDL (Commercial Driver License) is preferred but not required. Year-round work. Overtime available!

　　Job Functions

　　Laborers travel to customer locations to perform manual labor using a variety of powerful industrial equipment including vacuum equipment and pipeline video inspection equipment

　　Laborers work in diverse environments including confined spaces, sewers, pits, storage tanks and ducts

　　Laborers establish and maintain a safe work site by following standards established by OSHA and HK Solutions Group

　　Laborers assure equipment, appropriate tools, personal protective equipment and materials are available and used in accordance with standards established by OSHA and HK Solutions Group

　　Requirements

　　At least 18 years old

　　Valid US Driver's License

　　Good driving record (must be able to maintain insurability with HK insurance carrier)

　　Must be able to pass pre-hire background check, drug screen and physical

　　CDL (Commercial Driver License) is preferred, but not required

　　Physical Requirements

　　Working both indoors and outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions

　　Regularly exposed to industrial environments involving equipment, elevated work areas, confined spaces, noise, dust, hazardous materials and odors

　　Lift/move up to 75 pounds frequently, frequently performs tasks requiring climbing, crawling, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying and gripping
