　　The Laborer is responsible for a variety of tasks within the manufacturing environment. Helps maintain a clean and safe working environment. Performs general housekeeping within production facilities. Performs tasks such as shoveling, sweeping, organizing, etc. as needed. Assists operators in production when necessary. Operate a lift truck, power, or air tool to accomplish designated tasks. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.

　　Knowledge, Education, and ExperienceA high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education or experience is required. At least two years' experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. General knowledge of the production process is valuable. Must have strong communication skills working within a diverse population.
