Job Description
Laboratory Technician responsibilities include, but are not limitedto, the following
:
Responsible for pre-analytical processes within the life cycle ofthe laboratory specimen: collection, packaging, shipping, receiving,processing, tracking, and archiving.Interfaces with Eurofins CellTx clients to resolve specimen issues.Recommends changes in services, processes, and policies that enhancepre-analytical efficiencies.Works with Quality Assurance to resolve client complaints byinvestigating problems, developing solutions, and makingrecommendations to management.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results asneeded.Performs duties in compliance with all applicable regulatory andaccrediting agencies.Assists department as needed with routine operations.Supports Eurofins CellTx\' business philosophy, leadership values,and ethics.In order to meet Eurofins CellTx\' quality policy and objectives,all employees are expected to meet basic expectations of EurofinsCellTx\' quality management system including, but not limited togood workmanship, adherence to standard operational procedures,training,good documentation practices, and accurate recordkeeping.Qualifications
