　　La/le Sales Executive participera à l’administration des ventes du pôle Meeting & Events de la prise de contact, à la réalisation de la proposition commerciale au suivi de cette dernière (visite, déjeuner…)

　　En accord avec la direction commerciale, vous cherchez à accroitre le revenu et la réputation de l’hôtel :

　　Qualification des demandes pour les évènements et saisie sur nos logiciels (Opéra Sales & Catering, SFA…)

　　Suivi de dossiers clients avec l’appui du département,

　　Gestion de la négociation tarifaire

　　Participation avec les Sales Managers aux visites de l’hôtel à des clients potentiels (Site Inspections)

　　Participation aux réunions commerciales

　　Optimisation de la gestion des espaces de réunions et de réceptions

　　Proactivité, prospection.

　　Utilisation des ressources disponibles dans Marriott Global Source (E-tools, Brand Voice, MRDW, Mar RFP, Marriott Reward, Préférence Plus)

　　Profil recherché :

　　Anglais : Lu, Parlé, Ecrit (Impératif)

　　Facilités de communication (parler, écouter, écrire) : sens de l’écoute, sens du contact, empathie, bonne dimension relationnelle

　　Curiosité intellectuelle, très bonne culture générale

　　Autonomie, diplomatie, rigueur

　　Qualités rédactionnelles

　　Capacités à prendre des décisions et à résoudre les problèmes

　　Capacité à travailler en équipe
