We are seeking a Laboratory Associate -Molecular Biology  to join Q2 Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business in Valencia, CA

　　As a Laboratory Associate, you will be performing a variety of routine testing procedures to obtain data for use in clinical trials research.

　　What you’ll be doing:

　　Performing routine and complex testing of specimens, ensuring quality and adherence to all laboratory protocols. 

　　Assessing the validity of results, identifying any deviations, and initiating corrective actions when necessary. 

　　Preparing analytical components, managing post-analysis sample storage, and assisting in the innovation of laboratory procedures. 

　　Maintaining laboratory standards and equipment, ensuring all operations align with 6S standards. 

　　Communicating effectively with a range of internal stakeholders, supporting the company's collaborative environment.

　　Participating actively in continuous learning initiatives, keeping abreast of industry developments. 

　　Adhering strictly to all safety, quality, and compliance standards within the laboratory setting. 

　　What We Are Looking For:

　　High School Diploma Required.

　　Bachelor's Degree in chemistry, biology, or medical laboratory technology degree Required.

　　6 months relevant lab experience.

　　Or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

　　The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:

　　Comprehensive understanding of lab principles, including Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and relevant safety protocols.

　　Knowledge of laboratory equipment, instrumentation and terminology used in the area of responsibility.

　　Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of effective cross-functional interaction. 

　　Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

　　The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $43,000.00 - $64,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
