We are seeking an Entry Level Administrative Assistant to join our clients team in Melville, NY. We are open to candidates with retail/food service experience or those with 6 months to a year of experience in an office looking to grow. The ideal candidate must be highly reliable, organized, professional and be able to multi-task. We also require all candidates to have excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new softwares. Responsibilities
Perform general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office cleanliness.
Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Manage and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Greet and assist visitors, providing a positive and professional first impression.
Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
Collaborate with team members to support various projects and tasks.
Help with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
