We are on the lookout for a Litigation Attorney to join our detail-oriented Services team in Miami, Florida. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be entrusted with handling a wide range of labor and employment defense litigation cases, providing legal guidance, and conducting depositions and hearings. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse and challenging cases in a team-oriented environment and provides the ability to work 100% remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of labor employment defense litigation cases

• Research and writing

• Provide legal advice and guidance on a range of issues

• Conduct depositions and hearings as part of the litigation process

• Draft and review legal documents ensuring their accuracy

• Handle diverse cases, providing a comprehensive and effective legal solution.

Requirements

• Member of the FL Bar

• Proven experience as a Litigation Attorney with a specialization in labor employment law

• Deep understanding and knowledge of the litigation process

• Ability to handle multiple cases concurrently with minimal supervision

• Exceptional negotiation skills to resolve cases in the best interest of clients

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
