As our Artwork Manager, you will be working in a highly regulated environment where you will actively ensure that our labels are up to date and compliant. Good collaboration and communication are essential to ensure smooth production and that the products delivered to our customers have the correct and valid labels, complying with local language and regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Update labels for the Nordic, Baltic countries, and Iceland (8 countries).
Coordinate label creation with the Technical team, Registration Managers, Product Safety, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing.
Communicate with authorities to ensure timely approval of the labels.
Support production planning with all parts of the Supply Chain and maintain close contact with the Forecast Manager to ensure label availability for production by applying flexibility.
Coordinate the update and creation of MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) with Product Safety.
Coordinate label updates and relabeling jobs with Supply Chain, including handling label orders, delays, and invoice payments for the Nordic and Baltics relabeling jobs.
Handle inquiries regarding labels, packaging, and MSDS.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate for this position should possess a combination of key qualities and skills that include being structured and adept at maintaining an overview. They should also have strong collaborative and coordinating abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a technical flair. Furthermore, they should embrace diversity, communicate effectively, and have a strong team spirit. Acting with entrepreneurial drive and demonstrating a customer-focused approach are also essential attributes for this role.
Education :
BA degreeWork Experience :
Experience in a similar position is a plus but not required.
Experience in working in a high regulated environment.
Experience in working in an international environment and communicating with many different stakeholders across the organization.
Specialized knowledge for the position :
Broad experience in MS Office and Acrobat
SAP knowledge beneficial
Ability to learn new IT systems as you’ll be trained in our internal labelling system.

Must be fluent in either Danish or Swedish.English:

This job position offers flexibility in terms of working hours, allowing for either a 37-hour full-time position or a 30-hour part-time position. In the case of the 30-hour work week, flexibility is required during busy periods to accommodate increased workload and meet project deadlines.
