Description

　　A billing supervisor with a role hybrid that includes Deltek software usage would primarily be responsible for overseeing the billing process in an organization. They would use Deltek, a project-based ERP solution, to manage client billing, project costs and revenue recognition.

　　Key duties can include:

　　Supervising all billing and invoicing functions within the department.

　　Ensuring accurate and timely processing of all invoices using Deltek software.

　　Training and overseeing staff members on billing procedures and Deltek software usage.

　　Collaborating with project managers to update project records in Deltek and ensure accurate and timely billing.

　　Utilizing Deltek to provide data and reports for management regarding billing trends, challenges, and opportunities.

　　Monitoring and maintaining bill rates, client information, and invoice formats in the Deltek software.

　　Assisting with revenue forecasting based on billing data in Deltek.

　　Reviewing and analyzing the accuracy of invoices and reports using Deltek.

　　Assisting and supporting audits related to billings.

　　Identifying and implementing improvements in the billing process with the help of Deltek’s analytics.
