WorkSchedule: Working approximately 40 hours per week. Variable hoursbetween 10am - 6pm Monday through Friday, including a Saturday rotiationbetween 10am - 2pm. ***Prior to starting normal schedule, candidatemust attend full time training from 9:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday for3 weeks at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI. Lodging and/ortransportation reimbursement provided, dependent on distance.Description: A Member Account Representative is responsible for promptlywelcoming Members and others to the office. Accurately process Membertransactions as requested. Open new accounts, process consumer loansapplications, and provide basic financial counseling for Members.Responsible for actively building relationships by meeting and exceedingthe needs of our Members with Royal\'s products and services.Responsible for demonstrating electronic services, and resolving Memberinquiries or issues in an efficient, accurate and friendly manner.Assist with the mentoring and training of team members. Support NPS (NetPromoter Score) initiatives in the office by providing exceptionalservice, guided by Royal\'s Core Values, creating loyal Members.
