Position Summary
As a Coach you will be instrumental to your partners helping them achieve better transparency and higher accountability and enable them to execute effectively. At Studer Education, Coaches work to establish, accelerate, and hardwire the necessary changes that create a culture of excellence. They effectively collaborate with Studer Education and partner with executive leaders, boards and other partnering entities of education to implement a framework called Evidence-Based Leadership. This framework aligns organizational goals and processes in a way that moves and sustains results.
Our coaches work with organizational leaders to focus on strategic priorities, create organization alignment and consistency of leadership practices, and apply tools and tactics to help leaders lead their teams to achieve organizational excellence.

Qualifications
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES :
Effectively engage with executive leadership teams and district education leadership to help them achieve desired goals.
Facilitate coaching and consulting using technology tools and e-Learning systems.
Demonstrate an understanding of coaching competencies in the following areas: Systems improvement, strategic planning and goal setting, leadership evaluation, leadership development, aligned/prescriptive strategic actions, and process improvement/accountability systems (collectively termed Evidence-Based Leadership).
Ensure client implementation and understanding of Evidence-Based Leadership by setting clear expectations for success and developing/implementing a sequenced work plan.
Assistclient leaders and teams to build cultures that foster innovation and strategy by conducting on-site and online client coaching.
Provide high-quality communication and professional client service.
Contribute to the firm’s knowledge by providing intellectual capital.
Assist in advancing and growing the division through network development.
Share coaching skills and lessons learned with Education team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters degree in education required. Doctoral degree preferred
Leadership experience as an executive/district leader in K12 or experience with consulting with executive leaders in education
Strong ability to coach/mentor leadership teams
Strong client service mindset
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to strategically structure quality client programs
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with teams
Ability to organize workload to provide reliable follow-through and meet timelines/deadlines
Demonstrated experience in building strong relationships at all levels in an organization
Ability to develop a full understanding of theNine Principles framework and tools with the ability to communicate them effectively to afford client growth
Willingness and ability to travel most weeks up to 80%

The estimated base salary range for this job is $120,000 - $160,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $150,000 - $216,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
