Description:

　　• Maintains HVACR equipment and controls

　　• Tests, repairs and replaces associated equipment such as such as boilers, chillers, air handling units, pneumatic control systems, electronic control systems, cooling towers, motors, starters, pump, etc.

　　• Performs preventive maintenance to all HVACR equipment including inspections, adjustments, cleaning, and calibrations to ensure proper operation of equipment.

　　• Maintains an inventory of equipment and materials on trucks by periodic checking and restocking.

　　QUALIFICATIONS:

　　2+ years of HVAC/R experience- refrigeration no required but highly preferred

　　EPA/HVAC Certification

　　Must have a valid Drivers License
