Kelly Science & Clinical has a new, temp-to-hire opportunity for a Lab Technician in Huntsville, AL!

　　Shift: Sunday-Wednesday, 7am-5pm | OR | Thursday-Sunday 7am-5pm

　　Pay Range: $18-$20/hour DOE

　　6-month Temp to Hire Opportunity

　　Day to Day Responsibilities:

　　Utilize test equipment and instrumentation to perform various tests and qualifications of various products to ensure that specifications are met

　　Perform quality control testing

　　Utilize test equipment and instrumentation to qualify raw material, in-process material, and finished powder for use in production

　　Complete testing on R & D materials and projects

　　Perform tests under strict procedure and guidelines and maintains test data

　　Perform other reasonable and related duties as assigned

　　Qualifications:

　　High School diploma or GED with high school chemistry and algebra; college chemistry or physical science and algebra preferred

　　Minimum of 1 year experience working in an industrial lab environment strongly preferred. Metallurgical background a plus

　　Knowledge of measuring and testing techniques

　　Demonstrated advanced mathematical skills

　　Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office programs.

　　Must be able to read at a technical level and follow written and verbal instructions.

　　Computer literate with the ability to use various software programs.

　　Must be detail oriented and able to work under pressure in a demanding fast paced environment
