Skills, experience and qualifications required:
Technical university degree, engineering, computer science, systems, etc.
3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience in dealing with people in IT environments
Ability to follow up on projects, meeting summaries, etc.
Analytical ability to detect possible problems and solve them
High level of written and spoken English
Attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to quickly react to ad-hox requests from different users and markets, working as a very lightweight support function
Client facing required, good communication and presentation skills
Main responsibilities:
SFMC knowledge (licence utilisation and scalability, campaign management, data governance, template creation in connection to the Briefing App, testing, automation, etc.)
Develop campaign optimisation processes including automation, incident management, and technology research
Work with the account management team in the creation of customer journeys in SFMC
Lead regional technical architecture strategy in SFMC
Oversee functional technology in SFMC
Keep up-to-date with latest features and technological improvements in SFMC
Prepare summaries of technical meetings in order to be able to follow up the project.
