Description:

　　Lab Tech will be part of a team to ensures product testing, analysis, documentation and reporting are conducted to ensure a high quality and safe food product goes to the market. They will impact product conformance, performance and product claim.

　　Sample prep and analysis

　　Daily product testing

　　Document and communicate results using the customer specification and advise Quality

　　Prepare Corrective Action

　　Complete daily environmental and water testing

　　Assist with calibrating and preparation of the HPLC

　　Autoclave

　　Allergen testing

　　Titration, Sulfuric Acid, Caustic and Vitamin c Verification

　　Assist lab techs with line quality checks

　　High Fructose and CO2 delivery receipt testing

　　Quality & Food Safety Paperwork
