Description:

　　2 needs for Lab Technicians one being a contract to hire that has to have Brazing experience due to only having 1 person in the company that has brazing experience. The other opening is for 4 months to fill in for someone on extended medical leave

　　Collaborate closely with engineers to execute design testing on prototypes, pilots, and other experimental units related to development projects

　　• Execute testing projects, provide ongoing feedback to stakeholders, identify functional problems and recommend solutions

　　• Coordinate calibration and maintenance of test equipment

　　• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable standards (e.g., ANSI, IEEE, IEC, UL series, etc.)

　　• Observe work processes, equipment, and interactions (Gemba walk) and identify opportunities for improvement

　　• Implement 5S+ principles to ensure a clean, safe, and productive laboratory environment

　　• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and stakeholders, to achieve project goals
