Roseburg is located on Interstate 5 in Southern Oregon's scenic Douglas County. The community is nestled in a lush forested region known as the 100 Valleys of the Umpqua. Responsibilities

As the Lab Director you are responsible for planning, directing, organizing and leading all services provided by the Laboratory.

Essential Duties:

Oversees inpatient and outpatient laboratory services

Establishes policies and procedures

Manages all Lab staff

Directs performance and improvement activities

Directs outreach growth activities

Shift: 8am - 5pm

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Qualifications

License/Certification:

Certification by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP), National Credentialing Agency (NCA) or American Medical Technologist (AMT)Experience:

5 years of continuous full time employment in a clinical laboratory as a Medical Technologist in a management/supervisory capacityEducation:

Bachelor's Degree i nMedical Technology or related sciencePay Range

$53.98 - $78.28 /hour
