　　Responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Focused on execution of standard enabling activities/provision of advice subject to policy and work routines within an enabling discipline. There may be some latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing situations

　　Conduct period closing and reporting processes efficiently with high quality, overall lead all sub-ledger function team and biz teams

　　Timely prepare monthly financial statement for local tax filing and submit data to local statistic bureau.

　　Perform analytical review of the monthly & quarterly fluctuation of BS, PL accounts, proactive communication of potential issues to the Controller.

　　Analyze base cost monthly and adjusting if any abnormal fluctuation

　　Assist accounting manager / Controller for other reporting preparation & submission in a timely and accurately manner, complete account reconciliation & other ad hoc requests

　　Assist business controller for all financial audits; include both internal & external

　　Identify, lead and take new initiatives (i.e. Process automation project / Problem resolving) to further enhance accounting operation support to Controllership, especially enhance efficiency

　　Admin for the company chop workflow and accounting document retention.
