SUMMARY

As a Courier, you are a professional who delivers and maintains specimen integrity and solves client issues so that our caregivers can provide accurate analysis and quality care to our patients.

STATUS: Per Diem

LOCATION: Riedman Campus | 100 Kings Highway S Rochester, NY

DEPARTMENT: Logistics

SCHEDULE: Must have evening and weekend availability

ATTRIBUTES

Five (5) years of driving experience, with a valid driver's license requiredFriendly, kind and customer service orientedExcellent communication skillsAbility to work independently and make decisionsRESPONSIBILITIES

Daily Assignments. Execute each courier route with efficiency, ensure the integrity of each delivery; access, navigate and send correspondence using designated computerCustomer Service. Perform duties in a professional and courteous manner, promote superior customer service and customer relations; use sound judgment to problem solve if client issues arise; understand and respect patient confidentialityDocumentation. Report equipment condition and notify coordinator of maintenance requirements

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:

NYS DL - valid New York State Driver's License - New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (NYSDMV)PAY RANGE: $17.00 - $18.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
