Fund Accounting Manager

San Francisco; Hybrid

$120k-140k + Bonus

Day to Day

Manage fund accounts and deliver high-quality reports to clients.

Provide accounting services for private equity funds, including transaction processing.

Support clients and investors with inquiries.

Review fee calculations and fund statements for accuracy.

Prepare ad-hoc reports and assist with SPV accounting.

Participate in client discussions and assist with fund onboarding.

Contribute to technology solutions and strategic planning.

Continuous improvement of processes and team performance.

Stay updated on technology advancements and drive automation.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Accounting preferred.

6+ years fund accounting experience, (PE, VC, HF) preferably in private equity. Open to audit background if they have audited financial services clients.

Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Familiarity with US GAAP and accounting standards.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive problem solver.
