This position is also responsible foradequately packaging signs to eliminate potential damage. Whennecessary, this position will help in other areas of the Sign Shopperforming a variety of functions, for example, packaging or punchingholes in blanks, washing and preparing silk screens, etc... Thisposition reports to the Sign Shop Supervisor. Position Qualifications:Laminates die-cut letters, numbers, and signs with the proper sheetingusing the laminating machine Trims, by hand, excess sheeting around theedge of the sign Checks the quality of work to ensure the sign meetsquality standards Counts signs and packages them per guidelines Packagessigns per guidelines to eliminate potential damage Ensures the correctnumber of products are packaged together Pulls materials from inventoryand stores any extra material back into inventory Labels finished signsCleans work area and follows all company safety rules and 5S proceduresPerforms other essential warehouse duties as assigned by SupervisorRequired Experience High school diploma or equivalent Prior warehouseexperience within the industry preferred About Us: At TAPCO, our missionis to enhance transportation and personal safety in our communitiesthrough innovative solutions and products.
