Your Role

The Admin US team is responsible for opening customs declarations for our KN customers to give visibility of the imported goods.

Your Responsibilities

Learn how to develop the processes into the company system, properly.

Attend to training.

Provide customer service either by telephone or electronically.

Good communications skills.

Be proactive to anticipate problems with the process handled.

Achieve productivity and quality.

The schedule we offer:

Monday to Friday 7:45am to 4:45pm (Off Saturday and Sunday) 100% on-site

Your Skills and Experiences

High school diploma.

Intermediate/Advanced English level – written and oral.

Intermediate Excel level.

Typing skills (25wpm).

Able to do overtime and/or work on holidays.

Team Player.
