SCHEDULE: 40hrs p/wk. Work schedule can vary and can includeevening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day ofthe week from Monday - Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00am - 3:00pm or10:00am - 6:00pm. Shift hours may vary. A single workweek will be usedto compute wages due. If the worker completes 50% of the work contractperiod, employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workers fortransportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to theplace of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the workeris dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker\'sreasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home orto the place the worker originally departed to work, except where theworker will not return due to subsequent employment with anotheremployer. The employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workersfor all reasonable inbound transportation and subsistence costs withinthe first workweek. The employer will pay directly for and/or reimburseworkers for all reasonable outbound transportation and subsistence costsduring the last workweek. The amount of transportation payment orreimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable commoncarrier for the distances involved.
