Express Employment Professionals *has partnered with a local *Roofing Company in the Ogden area. We are currently seeking a* Lead Roofer.* The ideal individual for this position must Provide effective guidance and construction or labor experience. Your Primary responsibility will be to lead a crew in roofing activities on the job site-this includes planning, preparation. Execution and clean-up for on-site workdays. Your second duties will be to run crew reports and report the day to day operations back to management at the weekly progress meetings.

　　This is a direct hire position.

　　Responsibilities-

　　Perform roof installation and repair tasks according to project specifications.Measure, cut, and shape roofing materials to fit specific dimensions.Monitor and document team performance and report on progress to management.Ordering and verifying materials for jobs.Inspect roofs for damage and identify areas in need of repair or replacement.Remove old or damaged roofing materials as necessary.Clean and maintain work area and tools.Experience-
