　　Responsible for a smooth workflow of the entire kitchen area

　　Substitute for the Executive (Sous) Chef in his absence

　　Responsible handling of all kitchen utensils

　　Maintaining a high standard by constant quality control

　　Instructing and training employees and apprentices

　　Ensuring hygiene regulations according to HACCP standards

　　Receipt of goods and control of quality and quantity

　　A successfully completed vocational training as a cook

　　Several years of professional experience in the 5-star hotel industry or in upscale gastronomy

　　Craftsmanship and attention to detail

　　Creativity and commitment

　　Reliability, sense of responsibility and independence

　　A positive attitude towards life, open-mindedness and a friendly nature
