The primary responsibility of the role is to design, schedule and deliver technical certification training to our partners, customers and sales teams. In addition to delivering training, you will also be required to assist in the ongoing development of training materials.What you need to succeed:

　　Deliver 2-3 courses (classroom and online) per month.Organize and lead training sessionsCollaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging content suitable for a variety of delivery methods (Face-to-face, webinar, or self-paced). This can include the development of PowerPoint presentations, online content, as well as hands on training exercise guides.Develop and maintain the training lab environment to a production standardSupport CyberArk Certification Program by scoring hands on challenges.25% travelHow you will stand out from the crowd:

　　Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience2-5 years of experience as a Technical Trainer or other technical supporting activitiesAbility to conduct technical presentations and comfort in speaking to large groups of technical usersAbility to train highly-technical participants while balancing the needs of less technical attendeesTechnical aptitude with the ability to learn and teach new technologiesAbility to write detailed technical guides and build technical presentationsDemonstrated knowledge of Information Security and/or Network Architecture concepts is an advantageHand-on experience with Windows Server Operating Systems.
