　　Responsibilities: * Manage and maintain the company's financial records, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger entries. * Process and reconcile incoming payments, ensuring accurate allocation and timely application to customer accounts. * Prepare invoices, statements, and other financial documents for clients, following established procedures and guidelines. * Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to billing, payments, and accounts. * Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. * Perform reconciliations of bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial accounts. * Utilize QuickBooks Online to record and manage financial transactions, including journal entries and expense reporting. * Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.

　　Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required. * 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a similar industry. * Proficiency in using QuickBooks Online for managing financial transactions and records. * Experience with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger processes. * Familiarity with financial statement preparation and basic understanding of accounting principles. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. * Experience with financial software and tools will be considered a plus. * Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
