　　Your responsibilities

　　Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools

　　Vigorously deliver the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability

　　Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

　　Control and watch all installed systems and infrastructure

　　Give 2nd and 3rd level support

　　Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes

　　Record and keep custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks

　　Lend a hand to the design of information and operational support systems

　　Uphold security, redundancy strategies, and back up Requirements - This position requires a candidate with solid networking knowledge

　　We are particularly looking for candidates with solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks

　　This position requires a candidate with proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting various operating systems

　　Active Directory experience required

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server

　　VMware experience

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 Enterprise

　　If you have experience with automation software, you will be strongly preferred for this position
