Responsibilities
The Jr. Office Administrator is responsible for assisting and coordinating the processes and personnel related to the flow of paperwork, data entry, and IT systems within the plant. This role is responsible for ensuring production data and product information is accurately recorded and validated as it is entered into various systems and passed on to other areas of the business.
Adapt to variable workload based on seasonality
Prioritize tasks based on criticality and cross-functional importance
Exceptional organizational skills in digital and physical form in regards to files, folders, programs, and paperwork
Conduct appropriate succinct professional communication to all levels of the organization
Develop skills to become a SME in NetSuite
Perform data entry from paperwork with low error rate
Learn and integrate new updates and functionality of various software platforms within the framework of existing tools and systems in production
Set an example by demonstrating high levels of professionalism, internal customer service, and positivity
Assist with cross-functional tasks as needed by the management team
Generate and optimize checklists and verification systems to ensure consistent accuracy with data entry
Identify areas of improvement with information and process flow throughout the office areas and communicate these areas to management
Use Excel and other mathematical tools to supplement processes where additional analysis is needed
The essential functions of this role include:
