　　The Applications Developer I will work as a part of a team to develop, maintain, and support software applications, the custom interfaces between those applications, and reporting.

　　Collaborates with clients and/or internal teams to understand user needs; drafts initial proposal and design of software to meet these needs. Would move closer to the top based on amount of time performing this duty.Assesses feasibility of design and project parameters within time and cost constraints.Analyzes user needs and designs software for client use. Develops code and designs software applications based on user specifications and design specs (would move closer to the top)Modifies existing software to correct errors or improve performance.Monitors and assists with software testing and validation procedures and programming.Monitors and assists with software installation; ensures application operates within established specifications. Would combine with other similar tasks. Gathers and evaluates user feedback and then modifies software for better usability. Designs databases for specific application areas.Determines required system performance standards and hardware configurations based on client specifications, budget, security needs, and other parameters.Collaborates with systems analysts, engineers, and programmers to design systems to support required applications.Advises clients on software maintenance.Serves in the On-Call rotation.Follows Systems Development Life Cycle.Analyzes and resolves Help Desk issues and makes recommendations as to how to improve processes. Updates Help Desk with status on a daily basis. Updates MS Project Tasks dailyPerform all other duties as assigned.EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

　　Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field required.1 - 3 years of work experience in as software developer or engineer preferred. shallow knowledge of most of them (10-15 skills). The developer should have a deeper grasp of technical skills in a couple of key areas (at least 2 skill areas). Recommended Skills: TSQL, Front End Frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js), TypeScript or JavaScript, SASS or CSS, Azure DevOps (TFS), Source Code Version Control (AzuerDevOps, GitHub), Task/Project Management Tools (AzuerDevOps, Jira), CI/CD Pipeline Development (AzuerDevOps, TeamCity, Jenkins), Microsoft Azure, MicroServices architecture, Domain Driven Design, Clean Code, Security Principals, gRPC, UI/UX Design, AutoFac (IoC Container), Unit TestingExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.Extensive knowledge of coding languages and systems.Ability to learn new coding languages and technologies.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Wurth Industry North America Key facts:
