　　Duties:

　　Read and follow written work instructions as provided.

　　Read and interpret complicated tool drawings.

　　Fabricate and/or repair tools, fixtures and machine parts

　　Manufacture quality products to meet customer requirements

　　Do complicated set ups and operations on machine tools such as lathes, standard and CNC mills and EDMs, grinders, hone, saws, CAD CAM.

　　Maintain a continuous material flow throughout the Tool & Die Process

　　Design and fabricate simple or complex jigs and fixtures.

　　Make decisions using math, charts, tables, formulas, and knowledge of machining techniques and methods.

　　Other duties assigned or required for the department.

　　Overtime is required on an as-needed basis.

　　There is an on-call weekend rotation required to cover manufacturing downtime needs.

　　Ability to proficiently use precise measuring equipment and gauges and work to extremely close tolerances.

　　Ability to work with little direct supervision

　　Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time

　　The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $25.00 - $28.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience.
