The expected annual salary range for this role is $91500.03 - $134200.04 a year.

This position can be based at our Beachwood OH, Moon Twp PA or Galesburg MI locations.

What you’ll do:

Position Overview:

The Accounting Manager is a professional who plays a crucial role in a company's financial management and internal control processes. The primary responsibilities are to provide leadership of the accounting function for the ensuring accurate financial reporting, ensuring accuracy of US GAAP and local GAAP numbers, and that all compliance requirements are met. This role will support the standardization and optimization of financial processes within this division, rolling out strategic initiatives and working closely with the Controllership (Global Financial Services Systems and Global Financial Accounting).

Job Responsibilities:

• Principal responsibility for all closing, accounting, and reporting for the sites

• Statutory reporting and administration for the sites

• Adherence to all US GAAP, SOX and local statutory/tax compliance requirements must be maintained

• Manager and develop a team of finance professional, providing guidance, training, and development, fostering a collaborate high performance work environment

• Evaluates requirements and provides data for audits (both internal and external) or controls validations.

• Support all strategic projects within the sites and division such as tax, system implementations and other ad-hoc projects

• Partner with sites operations and global support centers

• Execute separation of accounting and FPA roles

• Support future business transitions of accounting and controls processes and work to the Controllership and Centers of Excellence

• Ethical standards must be always maintained

• Provides all resources needed to ensure that all MESH policies and procedures are performed by all direct reports.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance/related field and 5+ years varied accounting/finance experience

OR

• High School Diploma/GED and 10+ years in varied accounting/finance experience

• Candidates must be located within a 50 mile radius of Beachwood OH, Moon Twp PA or Galesburg, MI to be considered.

• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
