　　Randstad is looking for an experienced jobsite superintendent, minimum two years is required, is responsible for the day-to-day management of project site including all coordination between the various vendors (Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Architects and Engineers, Show/Ride Vendors) and the facility's various departments. This includes pre-planning and execution to ensure that all stakeholders are providing adequate resources to the project to meet cost, safety, quality, and schedule. The jobsite superintendent is responsible for ensuring that the work being installed is per the drawings and specifications, using sound construction practices and quality workmanship. This includes ensuring the latest drawings, specifications, and occupational health and safety procedures are being followed and that the elements being installed are dimensionally accurate and follow the approved design documents. Salary will be based on your experience, starting at $65,000. Travel is required. Submit your resume to be consider.

　　Responsibilities

　　Minimum of an Associate Degree in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture or equivalent in experience.

　　Prior experience as a Jobsite Superintendent in the entertainment, specialty construction, or adjacent industries.

　　Minimum experience: 5-10 years; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

　　History of job site and team management on medium to large-scale projects.

　　Knowledge of commercial & themed entertainment design requirements, standards, materials, and construction methods.

　　Positive, team-oriented attitude and understanding of the importance of relationships and striving to build them with clients, vendors, and the internal team.

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

　　Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve onsite problems quickly and efficiently.

　　Ability and Willingness to travel is a must.

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　working in a non-temperature controlled environment

　　manual lifting up to 35lbs

　　standing for 4 hours at one time
