We understand that the course of life can lead to career breaks, and we're here to empower women who have taken a break for two years or more in re-entering the workforce seamlessly.
As a returner, you'll join Micron as a full-time employee from day one. For the initial 16 weeks, you'll be part of the Women Elevated program, tailored for those returning to the workforce after a break. Enjoy a smooth transition with a supportive community, flexible schedule, mentorship, and upskilling assistance.

If you are a mid to senior-level professional ready to relaunch your career? We are currently hiring individuals that have 6+ years of experience in the fields of IT, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Sales, or Supply Chain before taking their career break.
Qualifications: To qualify for Women Elevated individuals should have 6+ years of work experience in a related field and have taken an extended career break of two years or more due to various reasons such as:
