DEERFIELD \$1,000 SIGN ON-BONUS Custodian Deerfield Academy is seeking aCustodian to work full-time year-round in the Academy\'s buildingsand/or dormitories, 2nd shift shift (typically Monday - Friday, 2:00PM - 10:30 pm). Interested candidates must be willing to work overtimeand occasionally on weekends. Responsibilities include: Cleaning andgeneral maintenance of Academy Buildings and other areas as assigned,including: Clean bathroom toilets, sinks, showers, and locker rooms on adaily basis, utilizing the proper cleaning products to achieve thehighest quality of cleanliness Vacuum/sweep carpets and stairs, and mopfloors, to meet the Academy\'s standards of excellence for carpeted andnon-carpeted areas Wash or dust surfaces in buildings to maintainoptimum and detailed cleanliness Remove trash, recycling, and compostfrom offices, classrooms, dormitories, and around buildings todesignated areas. Move snow and/or debris from and around buildings toensure safe foot passage for the community, especially entrywaysMaintaining equipment as needed. Assisting with function and eventsetups, and campus moves, as required. Qualifications: Completion of12th grade or equivalent 3 - 12 months of Custodial experience, or arelated field Exceptional attention to detail and be able to workindependently.
