MOVE Staffing is looking to hire for a great Financial Controller position! The ideal candidate will be able to perform, manage, and improve the record-keeping processes.

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Accurately operate the financial record-keeping system. Prepare reports and make timely payments for payroll tax, sales tax, use tax, B & O tax, federal tax, union benefits etc.Provide owners with weekly "dashboard" of key metrics; cash balance, AP balance, AR balance, sales to date- month, sales to date year, profit to date --month, profit to date year.Manage cash flow, loans, payments, and AP payments while taking advantage of discounts from vendors.Maintain absolute discretion regarding company/payroll/accounts payable/profit/asset levels informationPrepare weekly "Open Orders Report" the and monitor flow of jobs through field operations, invoicing, and collections.Provide support to other office staff- review their work and make suggestions to improve their processesPrepare various management reports on time, specifically an accurate P & L no later that the 15th of each month.Review AP invoices for significant price deviationsManage collections and collect delinquent AR accountsManage licensure certificates, insurance certificates and other performance/safety relate reporting to outside entities.Prepare month end and year end documentation on-time for use by CPAExecute projects to improve record-keeping efficiencyMonitor un-billed work orders to minimize time lag between execution of work and invoice.Prepare monthly key metric reports for each department.  Delegate menial/time-consuming tasks so that above goals are reachedGreet walk-in customers as back-up to receptionist/other office staffAnything else management assigns
