　　As a DSP Job Coach you will work with people with a variety of disabilities, providing personal cares, assisting with medications and doing activities to create a meaningful day during the hours of 8:00am-4:00pm. Trainings and meeting will occur as needed between the hours of 4:15-5:00pm.

　　More importantly, you are someone who is dependable and compassionate with a proven ability to remain composed under pressure. As a trusted direct support professional, you are looked to as a leader when challenging situations occur where your reaction and self-control are most important.

　　Responsibilities

　　Keep people safe, assist with medications, follow dietary plans as written.

　　Follow policies, procedures, Individual Support Plans as written.

　　Provide people with meaningful activities they enjoy.

　　Current valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportationPay Range

　　$19.00 - $25.68 / hour
