　　Flowserve is an American multinational company and one of the largest suppliers of industrial machinery, pumps and seals, valves. Our products help plants around the world overcome the toughest flow control challenges. As an intern in the production department at our factory, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and contributing to the development of high-quality products to meet our customers' expectations.

　　This internship program is designed to offer students the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in a real work environment, develop practical skills and enrich their resume with practical experience in a multidisciplinary work environment. You will provide support in monitoring machining, assembly of pumps and groups, updating data in SAP, management of production documentation and development of production control tools. Additionally, you will assist production engineers in the following tasks:

　　Manage the workload and organize priorities in the workshop.

　　Collaborate on continuous improvement projects to optimize production processes using tools such as the Lean methodology.

　　Generation and maintenance of production processes in accordance with current regulations.

　　Provide support to the workshop to provide solutions to the different problems generated by daily activities.

　　Requirements:

　　Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar

　　Medium level of English – spoken and written

　　Microsoft Office High Level

　　Commitment to safety and quality at work.

　　Proactivity, good interpersonal and communication skills
