　　Position Description

　　This role will manage the business operations for the Engineering center which includes but not limited to:

　　Collaborative Engineering Center operations - Budget, financials demand planning, ROI.

　　Application, tracking, claims for all govt incentives

　　Work closely with internal teams and Govt departments to ensure completeness of application and claims process

　　Streamline internal process like procurement, ordering, invoicing to facilitate the claims process

　　Stay abreast with the changes in Incentive schemes and regulatory compliance

　　Skills, Knowledge, Experience, Education:

　　Minimum of 14+ years of professional experience with 9+ years of relevant experience in Business Operations, Finance and Regulatory compliance

　　Preferred Qualification: - BE/MBA degree or equivalent and PMP certification preferred.

　　Strong background and experience in working with Govt agencies and regulators.

　　Experience in semiconductor industry and a proven success and track record in collaboration with the multidisciplinary teams is a plus.

　　Strong Communication skills - ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally.

　　Applies understanding of the industry and how own area contributes to the achievement of objectives

　　Adapts plans and priorities to meet service and/or operational challenges

　　Identifies and resolves technical, operational and organizational problems

　　Strong organizational skills and be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced, dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

　　Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
