Job Description Summary:
Manage and coordinate clinical placements for all participants (studentsand/or faculty) within undergraduate and graduate programs, includingsome leadership placements. Facilitate and monitor relationships withcommunity partners involved in the programs. Track and review feedbackto evaluate program and/or participant success. This is a part timeposition, 20 hours per week.

Job Duties Outlined:
Schedule medical students, pharmacy students, and undergraduatestudents as volunteers for JayDoc clinics.Schedule volunteer full-time faculty, community volunteer facultyand resident-physicians for supervision at JayDoc clinics.Communicate schedule changes and clinic closures with all partiesinvolved.Assist with recruitment of medical student volunteers.Distribute, collect and tabulate evaluations of all students andsupervising physicians at JayDoc.Schedule JayDoc medical student and pharmacy student BoD meetingsand create agenda for the meeting.Keep minutes of BoD meetings including list of tasks to be completedby medical students and pharmacy students between BoD meetings.Develop, update and maintain a list of policies and procedures forJayDoc, including information in the MS3 medical student familymedicine clerkship syllabus.Assist with tracking forms, documents and equipment of JayDoc.Assist with moving all JayDoc documentation from Google Classroom toMicrosoft Teams.Update JayDoc binder with current documentation.Schedule and keep minutes between medical student JayDoc leadershipteam and Guadalupe Clinic leadership, JayDoc and WSU and othercommunity organizations.Monitor changes in Guadalupe policies and procedures and communicatethem to JayDoc medical students, pharmacy students and supervisingphysicians.Keep a log of medical student, pharmacy student and supervisingfaculty service at JayDoc Community Clinic.Keep a log of patient care services provided at the JayDoc CommunityClinic (i.e. number of patients seen, diagnosis, etc.) that is HIPAAcompliant.Coordinate JayDoc BoD clinical quality improvement projects.Coordinate JayDoc fundraising events which includes providing theboard with communication modes for donors.Assist with education events hosted or sponsored by JayDoc.Keep a list of areas community support resources and coordinate withProject Access and Guadalupe Clinic for patient referrals.Schedule and coordinate medical student and pharmacy studenttraining in communication skills with low-English proficiencypatients.Manage JayDoc BoD elections.Keep JayDoc faculty advisor appris d of JayDoc meetings, functionsand policies.Develop end-of-year report for distribution to medical school,pharmacy school and Guadalupe Clinic administration.Assists with yearly JayDoc fundraising eventOther duties as assignedRequired Documents:
