　　Location: Middletown, NY

　　Hours: Mon-Fri 10:00am- 6:30pm

　　Pay Rate$15/hr

　　Travel to other sites possible

　　Job Description:

　　Position requires cleaning of multi-purpose site.

　　In this role you will be responsible for:

　　Floor Care (Knowledge of buffer machines and Floor Scrubbers)

　　Restrooms

　　Carpet Cleaning (Use of carpet extractor)

　　Windows

　　Light painting/repairs

　　Vacuuming/dusting

　　Snow removal

　　Qualifications:

　　The ideal candidate will have:

　　-Previous experience in the janitorial field preferably in an office/industrial setting

　　-Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license
