Custom Print Technician

　　Job Description:

　　As the Printing Technician, you will work with a digital inkjet printer within our customization cell, helping produce custom products for customers. The primary duty is to be able to operate and troubleshoot equipment and prevent excessive amount of downtime from occurring. This position will be responsible for being the support system for customization functions within the cell, as well as keeping up with throughput and equipment technology

　　Duties and Responsibilities

　　Operate complex machines per provided work instructions.

　　Ensure machines are running within designated tolerances (per inspection sheets) and seek technical help when necessary.

　　Train other operators as needed

　　Conduct in process inspections of products to ensure high quality finished goods

　　Proactively work with team members to meet production goals

　　Other duties and projects as determined by business and production needs

　　Education and Experience Requirements:

　　Automation/Technical knowledge is preferred

　　Ability to understand how to troubleshoot equipment. And willing to develop technical skills through in-depth training

　　Possess general level of experience in digital printing

　　Display excellent attention to detail

　　Ability to read and understand provided work instructions

　　Requires excellent oral and written communication skills

　　Capable of standing for entire shift
