　　Responsibilities

　　Candidates will assists in any and all phases of production, preparation, and/or packaging of the product, providing general help/labor where needed. Duties include, but are not limited to lifting pans, pushing racks, placing the product on moving conveyers, taking the product off of conveyors, stacking boxes, and cleaning floors/pans/and buckets.

　　Must be willing to be flexible in job assignment, as the purpose of General Help/Labor is to rotate to different areas as determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to product being run, employee absenteeism, machinery issues, etc. Team Member works with others as a team to complete tasks in an efficient manner, ensure the line is ready to start and minimize downtime.

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　working in a smoke free environment

　　wearing steel toe shoes

　　working in a non-temperature controlled environment

　　manual lifting up to 25lbs

　　standing for 12 hours at one time
