　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　Deine Aufgaben im IBM CIC beinhalten:

　　Entwicklung/Konzeption der operationellen- und/ oder Systemarchitektur gem. dem kundenspezifischen Service-Entwicklungs-Framework

　　Konzeptionelle Erarbeitung von Solutions auf Basis des bestehenden IT-Service Portfolios

　　Fortschreibung der Service- und Solution Dokumentationen

　　Planung und Durchführung/Moderation von Workshops

　　Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
