Join our dynamic team at Barilla's new office in Amsterdam! We're seeking a skilled IT professional to ensure seamless local IT services and provide support to our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Local IT Support Excellence: Ensure the smooth operation of Barilla's Netherlands office through expert IT support.
External IT Service Management: Oversee external IT service providers for workstation and network help desk, collaboration systems, and device maintenance.
Coordination with IT Consultants: Act as the primary coordinator for external IT consultants, service providers, and third-party collaborations.
Cybersecurity Implementation: Apply best practices in cybersecurity to safeguard our business operations.
IT Platform Management: Support and manage our IT platforms, focusing on meeting the needs of end-users.
Evolution of IT Systems: Ensure the continuous development of local IT systems in alignment with global IT service standards.
Digital Project Leadership: Propose and lead local digital projects, collaborating with other global IT units.
REPORTING:
This role, based in Amsterdam, reports to the IT Workplace and Service Measurement Manager based in Parma, Italy.
PROFILE & SKILLS:
Microsoft Expertise: Strong knowledge of Microsoft infrastructural architecture and cloud services.
Tech Proficiency: General understanding of operating systems, programming languages, scripts, web technologies, networking configurations, LAN topologies, and collaboration solutions.
Project Management: Good project management and planning.
Financial Acumen: Knowledge of purchasing and budget processes, along with software license management.
Tech Enthusiast: Passion for technology, innovation, and problem-solving in a technological environment.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technical skills for managing complex systems.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
International Collaboration: Ability to work in an international, cross-functional environment, managing multiple stakeholders.
Team Player: Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
Fluency in English: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
